Where is the Grafton County Dispatch area?
The area covered by Grafton County's CodeRED system includes all of the towns we provide Police, Fire or EMS dispatch service, including all of the Twin Fire Mutual Aid towns. A complete list of towns can be viewed here.

Why do I need to subscribe ?
Subscribing to the CodeRED system manually will ensure your most accurate address and telephone information is on-file if we need to make emergency notifications of events in your area. Some residential information is already stored in our system but updating it yourself is the best way to ensure we can reach you in an emergency. Your information is stored ONLY for the purpose of emergency notifications and is not shared or used for any other purpose.

What does it cost to subscribe or receive notifications?
There is NO charge to subscribe or receive notifications. Subscription can be accomplished very quickly on our website.

What if I don't want to receive notifications ?
Although we would like to be able to make notifications to everyone possibly affected by an emergency, we will remove your name/number from our notification list if you request removal in writing. Please send a signed request, including your full address and telephone number(s) to: CodeRED Coordinator, Grafton County Sheriff's Department, 3785 Dartmouth College HWY, North Haverhill, NH 03774-4936. We cannot accept removal requests by telephone.

Will I get "telemarketing" or other calls from this system ?
No calls will be made except emergency notification calls. Your subscription information will be not be shared or used for any other purpose.
